![]() | CONTACT INFORMATION: Monthly HOA Board Meetings are normally held at the HOA's office at the above address on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm. The meetings are open to all Travis Settlement property owners. If you wish to attend, please call or email the office to confirm that no changes have been made to the schedule. |
Attention neighborhood boaters, fisherman and water lovers:
| Remember the HOA parks are protected by locked gates to keep non-property owners from trespassing. The electronic keypads to the gates have been damaged, so padlocks have been installed directly on the gates. The combination to the padlocks is the same as the code for using the electronic key pad. If you do not remember the code, sign into the website and check out the Common Area section of the website to obtain the combination. |
Burn Ban
![]() | The Travis County Fire Marshall reinstated the county wide Burn Ban effective January 17, 2012. The ban will be reviewed weekly by the Fire Marshall's Office. When the Burn Ban is lifted, please contact the Pedernales Fire Department at (512) 264-1476 before doing any outside burning on your property. |
CAPCOG Cellular Telephone Registration
In light of the Wildfires that spread through the Spicewood Area on Labor Day Weekend 2011, the Board of Directors encourages all residents of Travis Settlement to participate in the Cellular Phone Registry program that has been put into place by the Capitol Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) in order that they may receive public safety messages in case of an area wide emergency. Contact Ed Schaefer at 512-916-6026 for more information. |
