If you are a property owner in Travis Settlement and you do not have a user id, please go to the "Owners List" page and request a username and password. This will send an email to the site administrator and you will receive an email with your login information within a few days. Once you are set up with these you can go to "your entry" and update your personal information.

Monthly HOA Board Meetings are normally held at the HOA's office at the above address on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm. The meetings are open to all Travis Settlement property owners. If you wish to attend, please call or email the office to confirm that no changes have been made to the schedule.

Directions to TSHOA Office:

Travelling west on State Hwy. 71 from the Travis Settlement Subdivision, the office will be on the right side of the highway, approximately 2.5 miles from the intersection of Haystack Cove and State Hwy. 71.  Look for the signs for the "Little Country Diner" and "R.O.'s Outpost BBQ" just before Hazy Hills Road.  Pull in the parking lot for the restaurants and the HOA's office is the small yellow building to the right of the "Little Country Diner" (east side of the parking lot).

Attention neighborhood boaters, fisherman and water lovers:
Remember the HOA parks are protected by locked gates to keep non-property owners from trespassing.  The electronic keypads to the gates have been damaged, so padlocks have been installed directly on the gates.  The combination to the padlocks is the same as the code for using the electronic key pad.  If you do not remember the code, sign into the website and check out the Common Area section of the website to obtain the combination.

Burn Ban
The Travis County Fire Marshall reinstated the county wide Burn Ban effective January 17, 2012.  The ban will be reviewed weekly by the Fire Marshall's Office.  When the Burn Ban is lifted, please contact the Pedernales Fire Department at (512) 264-1476 before doing any outside burning on your property.

CAPCOG Cellular Telephone Registration

In light of the Wildfires that spread through the Spicewood Area on Labor Day Weekend 2011, the Board of Directors encourages all residents of Travis Settlement to participate in the Cellular Phone Registry program that has been put into place by the Capitol Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) in order that they may receive public safety messages in case of an area wide emergency.

From the CAPCOG Website:

Cellular Phone Registry

Through a web-based application, residents may enter their name, cellular telephone number, and attach one or more locations to that number in order to get important public safety messages. Residents can go to the website at
http://wireless.capcog.org and following the instructions to add their information into the ENS cell phone registry.

Contact Ed Schaefer at 512-916-6026 for more information.
