Travis Settlement - Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The Deed Restrictions for Travis Settlement require that all new construction must be approved by the ACC. A Permit to Construct must be issued prior to start of construction. The necessary forms to make application can be found on the "ACC Documents" page. All Building Permit applications and supporting documents should be delivered to the HOA office located at 22706 Hwy 71 West, Spicewood, TX 78669. Please contact Pat Petrach, the HOA Administrator, at (512) 264-1666, before leaving any documents at the office to insure they are delived the to ACC on a timely basis The ACC is made up of three members appointed by the Board of Directors. Regular ACC Meetings are conducted in conjunction with the Officers meeting. These are scheduled when a request is made for action by the ACC and notice of meetings and hearingss are posted on the opening page of the website.
